Jabi Lake

Jabi Lake is an artificial reservoir from the earth dam located in Abuja, Nigeria. It was initially created to provide water to the residents of Abuja, Nigeria. The Lake is about 15 kilometres to the prestigious Abuja National Mosque and Millennium Park, within 20 minutes of the city center and 45 minutes drive to most consular offices and the International Airport.

The reservoir may have initially supplied water to 100,000 people. But with the larger Lower Usuma Dam’s construction, the reservoir was turned into a fishing and tourist destination.
