Azumini Blue River, one of the wonders of nature, is located in Ndoki community, Ukwa East LGA of Abia State. The River is situated very close to the boundary between Abia state and Akwa Ibom States. This river joins the Imo River and both head to the Atlantic Ocean through Akwa-Ibom. There is an unsubstantiated belief that Azumini is naturally blue in colour but turns green whenever it rains. The River has become a resort for tourists because of the pleasantness it offers.
